Keep an eye on your budget!
To avoid steep bills, nothing could be more simple! Call blocking allows you to bar calls that could break your budget International calls or 090x and 077 numbers for example. Convenient, especially if you have children at home!

All prepaid and postpaid customers using the KPN Group Belgium network.

How to use?
Dial 1999 from any mobile phone or 0486 19 1999 from any other telephone or landline.
When travelling
You can activate this service from abroad by calling +32 486 19 1999. Roaming rates will apply. You can choose whether to block all incoming International calls and text messages (you won't be able to receive calls or text messages while you are abroad), or you can decide to block all outgoing International calls and text messages, with the exception of Belgium (you can call or text within the country you are in or to Belgium, but not to other countries).

You can choose from 5 possible call or text blocking scenarios:
All outgoing calls and text messages:
you can receive calls and text messages but cannot call or send messages.
All incoming calls and text messages:
you can call and send text messages but cannot receive calls or messages.
All outgoing International calls and text messages:
you can call or send messages in Belgium but not abroad.
All incoming International calls or text messages.
All outgoing International calls and text messages, with the exception of Belgium.
Children and teenagers
In February 2007 European mobile providers and content providers developed an EU-wide common framework to ensure safer use of mobiles by younger teenagers and children.
