Message to our customers
You may have suffered from delays or even hick-ups in our service levels recently. BASE and the sister brands (united in KPN Group Belgium) have been growing significantly thanks to the trust you and 3,5 million customers have given us in Belgium. To be ready for the future, we took the decision to upgrade some of our customer service systems. This investment is done to offer higher quality services for the next years and to be able to stay the challenger company we aim to be.
We have started this significant upgrade in our IT architecture which may have caused some inconveniences to you. We apologize for these inconveniences.
In the meantime, please rest assured that our network is not affected by the upgrade: you will continue to be able to use all communication services (e.g. call, sms, etc...) and benefit from the best network coverage in Belgium. We thank you for your understanding.
