Mobile phone compatibility
The following information deals with mobile phone compatibility with the KPN Group Belgium's network and services. This information is being provided on a purely informative basis. The KPN Group Belgium cannot be held accountable for any inaccurate information.
Not all mobile phones are compatible with the KPN Group Belgium's network and/or services. To avoid any unwarranted surprises, we recommend that you take following into account:
1) By purchasing a mobile phone in a BASE shop or ALLO telecom shop, you can be nearly certain that the phone will be compatible with our network and services. In the exceptional event that this is not the case, we will take all reasonable measures to solve the problem.
2) If you buy a mobile phone from somewhere else, and it appears to be incompatible with the network of KPN Group Belgium and/or services, please contact the shop where you bought the phone or the phone's manufacturer.
3) If you buy a mobile phone abroad or buy an unknown brand, you may have considerable risk that the phone will not be compatible with our network and/or services.
